Customized Builders is a licensed Florida construction firm providing luxury custom homes, remodeling, commercial build-outs, design-build services, and related construction management in South Florida. The Site is an informational and lead-generation resource. Nothing on the Site creates a contractor–client relationship, agency relationship, or binding contract unless and until both parties execute a written construction agreement.

Permitted use

You may use the Site for lawful, personal, and business purposes related to evaluating our services. You agree not to:

• Use the Site in any way that violates applicable law or regulation.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, APIs, or third-party integrations.
• Scrape, crawl, or harvest data from the Site without our prior written consent.
• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information through forms or chat tools.
• Upload malware, spam, or content that infringes intellectual property or privacy rights.
• Interfere with Site security, performance, or other users' access.
• Use the Site to compete with us or replicate our proprietary tools or content.

No professional or construction advice

Content on the Site—including portfolio photography, blog articles, cost guides, permitting summaries, and AI-generated responses—is provided for general information only. It is not legal advice, engineering advice, architectural advice, financial advice, or a substitute for a site-specific evaluation by licensed professionals.

Building codes, HOA rules, coastal requirements, insurance, financing, and permit timelines vary by jurisdiction and project. Always confirm details with qualified advisors and with Customized Builders in writing before relying on Site content.

Estimates, pricing & AI tools

Any budget ranges, ROM estimates, or cost discussions produced by the AI Project Estimator, concierge chat, calculators, or marketing copy are non-binding preliminary opinions based on limited information. They are not a quote, bid, change order, or guaranteed price. Final scope, schedule, and pricing require field verification, plans, specifications, subcontractor input, and a signed agreement.

You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide to our tools. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue AI features at any time without notice.

Portfolio & imagery

Project photos and case studies represent completed or in-progress work performed by Customized Builders or presented with appropriate attribution. Images may reflect staging, professional photography, or selected angles. Results for your project will depend on site conditions, design choices, materials, budget, and schedule. Past performance does not guarantee future results.

Forms, submissions & communications

When you submit a form, download a resource, or contact us, you represent that the information you provide is accurate to the best of your knowledge and that you have authority to share any content you upload.

You grant us a non-exclusive license to use submissions solely to respond to your inquiry, evaluate your project, improve our services, and comply with law. We do not claim ownership of your architectural plans or proprietary documents beyond this limited purpose.

Text messages & calls

If you opt in on our forms, you authorize Customized Builders and our service providers (including Twilio for text delivery) to contact you at the number you provide by call or text, including through automated or prerecorded technology, regarding your inquiry and related services.

Third-party services & links

Intellectual property

The Site and its content—including text, photography, video, logos, design, and software—are owned by Customized Builders or our licensors and protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. Disclaimer of warranties

THE SITE AND ALL CONTENT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, SECURE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CUSTOMIZED BUILDERS AND ITS OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND SUPPLIERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SITE, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SITE OR THESE TERMS WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (US $100) OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US FOR SITE-RELATED SERVICES IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those cases, our liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted by law. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including liability for gross negligence or willful misconduct where prohibited.

Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Customized Builders and its officers, employees, and agents from claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your misuse of the Site, violation of these Terms, infringement of third-party rights, or submission of unlawful or unauthorized content.

Governing law & disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Except where prohibited, you agree that exclusive jurisdiction for disputes relating to the Site or these Terms lies in the state or federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.

Before filing a claim, you agree to contact us at admin@customizedbuilders.com and attempt in good faith to resolve the dispute informally within thirty (30) days.

Changes & termination

We may update these Terms at any time by posting a revised version on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance. We may suspend or terminate access to the Site for conduct that we reasonably believe violates these Terms or harms other users or our business.

General

• If any provision of these Terms is held invalid, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
• Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of that provision.
• You may not assign your rights under these Terms without our consent. We may assign our rights in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
• These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement regarding Site use.
